In the first phase of the project (April 2000-March 2001), each partner produces a literature review of the debate about flexibility in their country. These will be made available on this web site but also as working papers from the Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna. During this phase the survey is also designed and implemented and preliminary analysis could begin.

In the second phase of the project (April 2001-March 2002), the main analysis of the survey takes place and in addition each partner will produce a report about social and labour market policies in their country, along with demographic and employment trends. These working papers will also be made available on this web site.

In the final phase of the project (April 2002-March 2003), the comparison of the different countries investigated in the project will be carried out, both in terms of the labour and social policies and in terms of their implications for households.
